Your mind is a busy place. It collects worries, replays conversations, rehearses fears, and occasionally opens seventeen emotional browser tabs without asking permission.
That is why Scripture calls us to be renewed in our minds. God is not simply interested in changing our behavior on the outside; He is lovingly transforming the way we think, believe, respond, and see.
Renewing your mind means learning to recognize the thoughts that do not line up with God’s truth. It means refusing to let shame write the script. It means taking anxious thoughts, bitter thoughts, hopeless thoughts, and self-condemning thoughts to Christ and asking, “Lord, what is true?”
This is not about pretending hard things are easy. It is about letting God’s truth become louder than fear, louder than old patterns, and louder than the lies that have lived rent-free for too long.
In Christ, your mind can become a place of peace, wisdom, clarity, and worship. Transformation often begins one thought at a time.
