Josh Holloway
CEO, Majority Owner, Chief Clinician, LCPC

I am a man of faith & family. I am married to an amazing woman, and have 4 fabulous kids! We love to spend time with friends and their families and enjoy gaming together as nerdy as that may sound.

I genuinely love people and helping. I very much consider myself a guide or a partner with my patients. Many of us have answers lurking under the surface, those answers that seem so far out of reach. Therefore, we lay awake at night, often get stuck in situations we see no way out. It is my goal to help you narrow down your thoughts and focus them on goals, which in turn help you find peace and learn again how to make the world small.

I do so through collaboration with other professionals and people (Natural Supports) you already have built into your life. As a guide, the patient and I collaborate and walk through the therapeutic process together. Operating from: Bibliotherapy, ACT, CBT, and psychodynamic perspectives we team up and work toward helping you find freedom! Bringing back “hope” that in today’s world is often a fleeting or unimaginable pastime.

Ruxandra Fee
Mental Health Intern, LAC

Hello, my name is Ruxandra Fee. I am married and have two adult sons. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I also enjoy hiking, gardening, traveling, and reading.

I am a Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC). I have a Bachelor in Addiction Counseling and Psychology from the University of Providence. My long-term goal is to obtain a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling necessary to succeed in any counseling-related occupation. I am currently working towards my Master of Science in Counseling.

My personal life experiences have helped me become empathetic and able to walk alongside individuals experiencing the consequences of substance abuse. My experiences have given me insight into mental illness and a strong desire to educate myself to become a counselor to help other victims of psychological trauma find freedom. I lived and worked in three different countries and am trilingual, speaking English, German, and Romanian. This life experience has helped me to become culturally sensitive to multicultural individuals and immigrants and aware of the struggles they experience. Speaking German also helped me to become accustomed to the culture of the Hutterite colonies.

I love getting to be a part of people finding healing or even just letting go of stresses. Thank you for the privilege of allowing me to work with you!

Jamie Barnes
Mental Health Intern, PA

Hello, my name is Jamie Barnes. I am a Florida native but have called Great Falls my home since 2003. I love to fish, whether in the Gulf of Mexico or the Mighty Mo; there are few things better in life. One of those better things is my wonderful wife, whom I have been married to for the past 36 years. We have 2 children and four grandchildren who are a few more of those better things in life.

I have been working in health care for most of my life. I became a Physician Assistant in 1998 and have been working in the field for 20+ years. I have seen multiple medical and psychological issues over those years. I believe God has formed each one of us with mind, body, and spirit. Many times, when one part is unhealthy, the other parts become unhealthy. To understand how each works synergistically, I am completing the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program through Liberty University. I am now in an Internship with Open Door Wellness center and look forward to meeting with you on your journey of self-discovery.

Dominic Smith

Hello, my name is Dominic Smyth. I’m originally from Liberia, Africa, and a citizen of the United States of America. After a little over eight years of service as a Parish Priest and Reserve Chaplain with the U.S. Army, I now serve on Active Duty as a Chaplain in the U.S. Air Force, with the 341st Missile Wing, Malmstrom AFB, MT. I am an ordained Pastor endorsed by the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America (ELCA).

I completed undergraduate degrees in Philosophy (BA) from St. Paul’s College Major Seminary, Gbarnga, Liberia – Holy See, and Theology (B.Th.) from the Pontifical University of Thomas Aquinas, Rome, Italy – Holy See. I also completed a master’s degree in Divinity (MDiv.) at the Lutheran Theological Seminary at Philadelphia.

I cannot overstate enough the invaluable need to effectively learn and hone lifesaving skills, theories, and experiences in mental health that are indispensable in helping people rediscover and sustain their mental health. This is why I am pursuing my master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University.

I have a particular affinity for nature, especially the outdoors. I am married with kids and enjoy spending time with my family.
