CEO, Majority Owner, Chief Clinician, LCPC
I am a man of faith & family. I am married to an amazing woman, and have 4 fabulous kids! We love to spend time with friends and their families and enjoy gaming together as nerdy as that may sound.
I genuinely love people and helping. I very much consider myself a guide or a partner with my patients. Many of us have answers lurking under the surface, those answers that seem so far out of reach. Therefore, we lay awake at night, often get stuck in situations we see no way out. It is my goal to help you narrow down your thoughts and focus them on goals, which in turn help you find peace and learn again how to make the world small.
I do so through collaboration with other professionals and people (Natural Supports) you already have built into your life. As a guide, the patient and I collaborate and walk through the therapeutic process together. Operating from: Bibliotherapy, ACT, CBT, and psychodynamic perspectives we team up and work toward helping you find freedom! Bringing back “hope” that in today’s world is often a fleeting or unimaginable pastime.
Clinical Supervisor, SCSW
Hello! My name is Anna Rosteck. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, an Ordained Minister with the Assemblies of God, and a Missionary to Tanzania, Africa. I’ve been working in mental health for 15 years, and have a passion for showing God’s love to others. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, exploring the outdoors, and traveling.
My name is Katie Ndongala. I grew up in a rural Montana community where my family farmed and ranched. I love Montana families and have the heart to see them grow and thrive spiritually and emotionally.
My passion for spiritual and mental health coincided in college in 2008 when I took my first psychology class! I studied Counseling in Texas and got a Masters in Social Work in New York.
In New York, I worked in a youth homeless shelter. My husband and I have worked with youth for the last seven years and work together to bring health to individuals & families.
My passion is helping people become healthy and whole, one step at a time so that they can live life in healthy relationships.
I am married to an amazing man and have two wonderful kids! We spend a lot of time together relaxing and enjoying the everyday moments with family and friends.
Mental Health Intern, LAC
Hello, my name is Ruxandra Fee. I am married and have two adult sons. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I also enjoy hiking, gardening, traveling, and reading.
I am a Licensed Addiction Counselor. I have a Bachelor in Addiction Counseling and Psychology from the University of Providence. My long-term goal is to obtain a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling necessary to succeed in any counseling-related occupation. I am currently working towards my Master of Science in Counseling.
My personal life experiences have helped me become empathetic and able to walk alongside individuals experiencing consequences of substance abuse. My experiences have given me insight into mental illness and a strong desire to educate myself to become a counselor to help other victims of psychological trauma find freedom. I lived and worked in three different countries and am bilingual, speaking English, German, and Romanian. This life experience has helped me to become culturally sensitive to multicultural individuals and immigrants and aware of the struggles they experience. Speaking German also helped me to become accustomed to the culture of the Hutterite colonies.

Mental Health Intern, PA
Hello, my name is Jamie Barnes. I am a Florida native but have called Great Falls my home since 2003. I love to fish, whether in the Gulf of Mexico or the Mighty Mo, there are few things better in life. One of those better things is my wonderful wife, whom I have been married to for the past 36 years. We have 2 children and four grandchildren who are a few more of those better things in life.
I have been working in health care for most of my life. I became a Physician Assistant in 1998 and have been working in the field for 20+ years. I have seen multiple medical and psychological issues over those years. I believe God has formed each one of us with mind, body, and spirit. Many times, when one part is unhealthy, the other parts become unhealthy. To understand how each works synergistically, I am completing the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program through Liberty University. I am now in an Internship with Open Door Wellness center and look forward to meeting with you on your journey of self-discovery.

Hello, my name is Dominic Smyth. I’m originally from Liberia, Africa, and a citizen of the United States of America. After a little over eight years of service as a Parish Priest and Reserve Chaplain with the U.S. Army, I now serve on Active Duty as a Chaplain in the U.S. Air Force, with the 341st Missile Wing, Malmstrom AFB, MT. I am an ordained Pastor endorsed by the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America (ELCA).
I completed undergraduate degrees in Philosophy (BA) from St. Paul’s College Major Seminary, Gbarnga, Liberia – Holy See, and Theology (B.Th.) from the Pontifical University of Thomas Aquinas, Rome, Italy – Holy See. I also completed a master’s degree in Divinity (MDiv.) at the Lutheran Theological Seminary at Philadelphia.
I cannot overstate enough the invaluable need to effectively learn and hone lifesaving skills, theories, and experiences in mental health that are indispensable in helping people rediscover and sustain their mental health. This is why I am pursuing my master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University.
I have a particular affinity for nature, especially the outdoors. I am married with kids and enjoy spending time with my family.

Media and Marketing Coordinator
My name is Christianna Poland. Originally from Minnesota, I moved to Great Falls in June of 2019. I have 2 wonderful cats and enjoy music, reading, art and being around friends in my free time.
In 2016, I graduated with an AAS degree in Communication Art and Design from Alexandria Technical and Community College. I have since worked for two print shops and done many freelance design projects.
I am excited for this new journey God has set before me. I look forward to using the skills He has given me, while also developing and expanding my marketing and media skills.
Hi! I’m Melissa Jardee. I am a Great Falls native and am passionate about God and His people. I graduated in 2012 with my AA from MSU-College of Technology (Great Falls College MSU) and am, at present, attending City Vision University. Currently, I am working toward my bachelor’s degree in Christian Ministry and Leadership but God seems to be opening doors for me to change that to Addictions Counseling.
Moving from a position at the local Rescue Mission has given me a heart for the homeless population and I am excited for God to use me in this new role to help people He has placed in my path over the last year and a half. God gives us all stories and we get to choose whether or not we will allow Him to work through us and be glorified or to let shame and recrimination destroy us. Through my life experiences, God has brought me to a new place of surrender, where I am learning what it means to wrestle with my inner temptations and choose His way over mine. My greatest desire is that when people look at me, they see Jesus, not me-that He shines through all the mistakes and poor choices I have made and allows me to be a physical representation of Him.
I am the proud mother of two awesome adult children and a four-legged fur baby named Leaf (a rescue cat from the local animal shelter). I enjoy reading, knitting, and fishing as well as spending time with my kids and my friends. God speaks to me through music and I am so thankful that recently I found my voice again. I don’t know what the future holds, but I am so excited that God has brought me to this place and shown me that He has been preparing me for this particular job to be a part of this awesome team, doing His work.
