> Open Door Wellness Center provides faith-based mental health counseling, coaching, and strategic planning for individuals and families in Great Falls, Montana.

The center offers family-centered care focused on mind, body, and spirit to assist patients of all ages with issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and marital conflict. The goal is to provide tools that help individuals achieve personal goals and bring their lives into sync.
